CLALEMARINE: They need to implement an option to have saved loadouts for builds for your ships so you don’t have to change everything manually. We need the option to have whatever armour we like for the aesthetic reasons and look to match how we’ve decided to make our ship look whilst at the same time having an armour that works best with our build if that makes sense. They need to prioritise on fixing and removing all bugs / glitches, for example I’m playing on a ps5 pro with solid internet and yet I find myself fighting my own ship it’s like it has a mind of its own, I seem to get affected by wind in ridiculous ways way I’m barely moving or not at all, on a regular basis my ship will take 10 seconds to react to the button input Iv chosen for example accelerating, decelerating, turning etc it’s a nightmare causing me to crash into islands, other players or put in a position which puts me in danger from the enemy etc. was recently having the issue of being put back into WT1 even though Iv been in wt2 for ages and have it set to wt2 I will say they seem to have fixed this. Iv experienced a bug when I fire mortars and the audio keeps playing as well as my controller vibrating after I’ve shot until I shoot the mortar again. This list goes on Iv only played this game for a month or 2 with already over 400 hours in, I enjoy the game but they need to prioritise fixing all of these issues and for me personally I’m not that fussed for pvp I play games for fun not to stress out trying to beat sweaty people no thanks to my overly competitive nature so I hope they provide plenty of content for us PVE players .

jasonsjostrom1605: I wish they would add customizable pirate dens they could do it where there could be two properties at every fast travel location. You can buy one of these properties then through the store, the battle pass or missions you could add rewards that you could use and return to customize your pirate den.

martinbjorses1958: Last suggestion: Force the project manager and the lead designer to play minimum 150 games in this mode using the pre build fleet.

CLALEMARINE: Furthermore I think they need to change the element of how we ascend weapons. For example in regards to getting the modifications you want on a weapon in essence it is a form of gambling and complete RNG we already have to spend countless hours grinding and obtaining everything in the game. I don’t mind the idea of RNG however I believe it should be limited to the perk / modification you want. For example if you wanted to make an all flooding weapon you’d want rupturing, amplified flooding and overflow. I think instead of making us reroll the mod to try and get the one we want in the first place then once that’s achieved we try and get a better version of the mod instead just allow us to pick the mod straight away but then reforge the mod to get a better version of it. We have to use so much silver, upgrade parts just to try and perfect one weapon you get 60 reforge attempts that’s not enough for starters averaging 20 goes a mod. Iv got weapons sat there absolutely useless and a waste of my time and investment of parts due to this system. In addition I’m currently running flooding bombards on my brigantine an exact replica of your build which is amazing btw so thankyou. So as per this build what is the point in having rarity linked to weapons in a game if a green / uncommon weapon outperforms an epic / purple weapon same goes for la piqure 3s they shouldn’t be better then any variant of a purple / epic long gun etc.

kbimanph: Yep watched it to the end, it was definitely a grab ass session on what a great job each other is doing and giving the PVE people no hope as usual.

joshs5386: PVP mode is terrible. as long as there will be meta unbeatable builds, PVP will not be fun to play. they have to create counters to the cheese. there should be more furniture options to address toxic damage.

why isnt there a battle royale mode. create a limited amount of servers to hold like 25 or 30 players each. then have one large ship battle, last ship standing wins. the map can shrink like all the other BR games, forcing action.

LordCarmesimXXVII: I play mainly PvP since launch. They've already ruined Cutthroats by removing fast travel and Wagers by decreasing its importance and doing nothing to remove place holders. They've also ruined Takeovers by inserting unnecessary solo takeovers. I've been a persistent fan of the game, but If you keep going this route I will quit the game permanently. Death Ties doesn't replace PvP events in the open world.

ivanaguirre9822: I hope you get to ask what about those of us who enjoy the game playing on PVE mode and not necessarily concentrate on PVP? How come we are capped out on level 15 when you have a boss like Vikram whose a level 20 and a few of my buddies played against Vikram with good ascended weapons and they didn’t even do half damage to him? How come it takes so long to get to the feature you want to add to your ascended weapons and you keep getting the same thing cause in my opinion that costs an enormous amount of silver that doesn’t need to be spent. If they’re not gonna let us go beyond a level 15 now then at least they should allow us to ascend powerful weapons in order to be competitive. Also there’s a group that keeps spamming the chat with silver sales and it’s extremely annoying. How are they addressing that? Have you or anyone else run into this problem?

martinbjorses1958: PvP and PvE are both fun. Why should I choose? The mode introduced is fun, but fights are quite short. Shell shock and long guns could be tweaked a little.

TwoFoxGibbon: I think PvP often just ruins the experience because it's just so hard for devs to balance PvP and PvE. What I think would be fun....

Team based competitions. Like, time starts now, go kill X amount of DMC ships. When timer runs out, high score wins. It's still competition, still team based, but you don't need to switch between PvP and PvE builds. It acts like a scavenger hunt, knowing the full world map, team work. A mad dash to win. It's not hard, but the competition makes it fun.

Sail from Point X to Point Y, but also kill Z amount of ships. Penalties for dying, etc. or the stronger the ship destroyed gives bonus points. And if someone beats a boss, it's a huge bonus.

You could even do individual competitions. Solo runs of the same content.

Destroy X amount of forts. Kill. Amount of sea monsters. Kill X amount of Sharks. Collect bananas and coconuts and deliver them wherever.

Stuff like that is good competition, easier for the devs, and adds some spice to the game that isn't PvP masturbation.

Dan0w93: For me I don’t play pvp in any game anymore, it makes me nervous. For me pve has so much to do. That and they have so much coming as pve so I’m excited for future content within the game, it is sad that people have dropped off cause I believe skull and bones is an awesome game

joshs5386: also, the only reason why i farm oosten is because its the best way to gain PO8 until manufacturies are built. i think they need to buff PO8 on ships to make the helm less of a grind

ABrutalAnimal: I was super excited for death tides, until they made our main game ships playable in it. Death tides became worthless. I haven't even played since the dev stream when that was officially confirmed. No desire until they separate death tides balance and main game

martinbjorses1958: Pvp awards fora healer: 1) Ship yank = pull a friendly ship from bad point. 2) Health steal = take health of friendly ship to save yourself. (There are always slackers in the game) 3) HOT:s Heal over time on friendly ships. 4) HOTs and Heals on yourself. 5) Bubble: Triggerable bubble armor on you or a friend.

Other: a) Ping on minimap to get attention on a map location. (Like pls move here slackers)

b) Fast move via a portal set up by you or other player.

c) Explode any hostile ship and punishing team with -1 capture / kill - camping on spawn and doing spawn sniping.

d) Not switch spawns so you spawn in enemy AFK:ers hands

e) Make distance meter work in Win clients. Else you do not know where to aim in smoke etc.

f) Make health bar diamond to be visible even if not out-zoomed.

g) For healers to see the health of the team individual members in left top corner. (The ones in range) Selecting one member of the sets your target/aim.

h) When sank a text telling why you sank. (type of dmg and from who)

martinbjorses1958: Dhow needs a buff in Pvp. Rock armor and stealth - used as a scout and lowering enemy defense when enemy is scouted.
