pauliusvasiliauskas5678: I'm going to give you an idea for a very simple game mode called Hostile Waters where everyone is hostile to you and you need to conduct plunders in order to capture territory. Once you complete the plunder it becomes friendly to you and you slowly build your Pirate empire.
