LCInfantry: Don’t roll tearing on your thunder dragons unless you want to ONLY tear sails faster on a sail resistant enemy. To just do more damage, you are better off with just amplifying the electric or toxic damage instead of tearing sail amplification.

I’ve already done the rolls, tested it last season.
