Exirock: This is same thing has the camp top right of NIghthaven castle outpost ( mercy abbreviation), there you can get gear, jewelry, craft clothes, exp weapon, but i would say the spot on the video is for very early farm for fresh lv70, but you can easily do nighthaven spot.
