AFloridaSon: The "experts" say Thylacines went extinct in Mainland Australia 3000 years ago. But, there's been sightings there ever since Europeans arrived. Even today there are sightings. The "experts blame the sightings on mangy foxes with wounded legs. Recently, Ambiguous World got some good thermal video of what could very well be a thylacine. And that's just the Mainland where they weren't supposed to be for 1000's of years.
