rashash9954: I know that this is a KR related video but its mind boggling how you guys implemented real money in your day to day gaming, like no other popular mmo have real money incorporated in every single discussion the play base is having but for some reason Korean MMOs they always translate anything in a game to its equivalent in real money. I would love if you make a video talking about how Koreans play games and how they see them cause from what i've noticed recently in Lost Ark and T&L people tend to see them a businesses or long term investments rather than games.

senie: Don't forget players with dupe classes (not necessarily 6x same class) make up a big part of the playerbase.

They realised they can't just screw that big part of the player base over.

The funny part is that there IS a way to address rat characters and alt rosters WITHOUT doing that... They just didn't do it...

The only solution to gems that would make EVERYONE happy at this point is rosterwide gems for everyone but that basically requires a soft reset to gem economy.

Middle ground or a temp solution would be roster lock on gems for AP buff AND additionaly to gain gem QOL (free swapping cd/dmg/skill) - a class lock like legendary skins.

Tons of issues with the gameloop not just economy and balancing...

Everything you mentioned rly only touches the economy and balancing.

Structure itself would be something like moving away from weekly content or rebalancing the economy and content around less restrictive progression (less or no lockouts etc...).

19/20 times the reason people give me for quitting/ not playing is either too much content or too little... Can't keep up or it's too easy to fall behind after a break. And of course the abhorent amounts of gatekeep...

Lost Ark is in a weird position that whales and SG don’t want new people to join and this the population is getting smaller and smaller.

Too2Cold: Over here in west I had a discussion with a player today we was 1640 alts with full transcendence and eye of tempest title in behemoth raid. I said have you notice players aren’t accepting us no longer with our alts because we aren’t 1660. She said it’s 1640 players that doesn’t know the mech and I said you can’t even blame newer players that are trying to learn and beat the raid because every other party are having more requirements than the actual raid itself. Players who don’t have oppressor title or higher won’t be accepted into that raid alone now which is wierd. I said I wouldn’t require more from you than what is needed for the raid. It’s wild that these standards are getting more and more out of hand I can’t even play with my alts anymore for public raids cause either the older ones are dead or the ones I can do they won’t accept me because I’m not a higher ilvl. Yes I tried discord I tried hosting the parties nobody would join(not a full team of players at least). This game is going downhill solo mode is fun and all but I would like to use my gold for material in the shop not bound it

mbahmenexil7152: I've been playing Lost Ark for a year now and really enjoying it. It takes a lot of patience and consistency to keep up with the game's content, especially when playing as a free-to-play player.

We all know that one of the things that can ruin a game is RMT (Real Money Trading). When players can trade peer-to-peer, send items via mail, or buy items on the Auction House, it creates opportunities for farmers. They exploit the game using bots or similar methods.

What’s on my mind is, what if the devs exploit them too, like making them buy products within the game’s market, something more than just Pheon tokens.

Fighting against farmers feels never-ending.

And it could also lead to new issues, like a few months ago when my gaming buddy refused to come back to Lost Ark because of a false ban.

Hopefully, we’ll find a solution soon. PEACE
