I returned to Lost Ark and enjoyed playing through the story but after trying the raids, I already know I'm going to quit again

Not to be a downer, but I cannot ever see Lost Ark ever regaining lost ground. It asks too much of the player for not enough in return. I don't know why they decided to make these incredibly time consuming boss fights full of tedious mechanics instead of just quick / fun clashes like most MMOs. They already do everything better than most games so if they'd just done that Lost Ark would still have a massive population. imo the entire gatekeeping culture isn't the problem... in reality it's just a direct result of how punishing it is for someone to mess up. Nobody wants to waste their time. The whole Mokoko thing is slapping a bandaid onto a gaping wound in the design philosophy of the game. It's just going to keep haemorrhaging players ad infinitum, because the second they reach endgame they'll just quit again

Nikamuro: So, when this raid came out, I was so glad that it had the solo option. I decided to go there blind, without any knowledge of what to do. I died 5 times during the first phase and 8 or 9 times during the second. I did not stop the raid; I was just resurrecting myself over and over. I had so much fun. It was Amazing. Now I'm finally here to see how to do it properly. Lost Ark is the best. Thanks for the video, man.

lencindomuj5807: If you are not confident with your G press (not holding one) you can just spam it and it will work. If I am not mistaken it works in all solomodes/matchmaking raids
