On the one hand it's kinda stupid that any of players can just buy a title which should be supposed to be something extraordinary, a kind of reward for effort, time spent to clear content. On the other hand, there are players who don't care about a titles, but struggle with weekly content clearing, homeworks and so on, due to gatekeeping. Instead of waiting for lobby for hours, they'd rather to pay to get bussed or to participate in a bus lobby just to spare time. Thing is, people gatekeep a lot even though there's no nescessary. People require much higher cp than required and yet, it doesn't guarantee smooth run. Maybe raids difficulty is the problem? I don't know. Because either raids can be too easy and there's no fun or challenge in that, so many players would quit, or raids can be harder and harder and it would discourage a lot of players who don't want to spend hours or days or weeks on progging. Balance is the key. Moreover, there are plenty of lobbies which require a title to get in, but what's the point of that, if I can get this title for gold in game? Anyway, players in Lost Ark will always find a reason or a way to gatekeep, even if it was % dmg against a demons fo example lmao. With all that being said, I've been playing 4 years and I've lost 2 guilds, many friends, many satic groups, I reamin as sole survivor and on top of that I NEVER reccomend any of my friends who'd like to start playing Lost Ark, to actullay do that. I like this game, but in my humble opinion an entry barrier is too damn high, mostly because of players themselves, although a devs do a lot for returning players or new ones to catch up so they can play newest content. For many people low roster lvl is a good reason to gatekeep (who am I to judge). So.. it is what it is

If especially bussing tends to become an issue for your game, than you have made something terrible wrong. To prohibit a symptom won't solve the problem.

What if ppl wanna offer free carries/busses? Is that an issue, too?

DeViL11019: I have two things to say. The ecomony THEY created lead to this, and they're trying to bandaid fix it now after realising the west was right all along.

The second is that, whatever people say, it ruins the economy, because for example, in the west, the population (at least in the EU from what I've seen last I played) has dwindled down so much, it's almost the case of there being more CEO's than people handling the register. When there are just so many people who bussed, and are at the endgame and gatekeeping, it leads to this.

Yes, there are people who hadn't quit once, and were able to keep the pace to some extent, but those "races" they host are nothing more than for people who bus/RMT. Not even gacha games are this predatory when it comes to swiping because of powercreep.

MikeLee-qu8kk: easy solution, just create a separate channel just for bussing and also put in-game gold cost to join the lobby while busser would need to pay BC to create such as lobby there SG can capitalize on bussing and also make bussers and customers happy, it's a win-win
