Kazeros released in late August in KR and some classes needed a balance patch there; They released one in October, so a full month (september) was inbetween without a balance patch.

Now for us we have the whole of December AND January without that balance patch. I thought they said that bringing balance patches up to speed was a priority, but seemingly it gets delayed even more.
