Shopping Cartindefinite_rogue8668: Wake me up when we don't put gems into a slot and call it a "new" system.
Kalimdor199Menegroth: Cleared both raids this and last week and quit as soon as I got to interact with this system. Not a single good astrogem. Ark Grid takes the worst elements of Elixirs and Transcendence and blends them into one. Not gonna go through this shit
arildk90: Kind of expect them to rework this system as it seems the vast majority of the remaining playerbase despise it.
The bonuses are great-- but overly complicated considering they removed the elixir and transmutations for that exact reason.
SaikoDeMoN: The real guide: get lucky.
petetam567: Must be fun to play slot machines and roulette
SaikoDeMoN: "If you feed in garbage, you're going to get garbage"
If you feed 3 legendaries, no matter what stats they are 1/1/1/1 or 3/4/4/3, the system only checks the original astrogems' base willpower and chaos/order types to roll from. The stats are completely independent. The same 3 astrogems can spit out a 1/1/1/1 or a 5willpower/5order/1/1 which is goated for most of us who simply want to activate and move on.
So which is better, fusing 3 unusable astrogems or dismantling for shards to make chests (you can ctrl-rightclick processed gems in the ark grid menu to dismantle)? You should fuse gamble until you can activate 17 on all 3 order cores. If you're going to feed relic/ancient, don't bother throwing in a legendary. Dismantling legendaries and getting a chance at purple astrogems for main or even just blues on alts to fuse into roster bound for main is the long term play
emmusing: Thanks for the guide big man
BaboonKingZabimaruu: Yo John
nyztan0: appearntly there is one thing you missed about astrogems John, even though I understood the system from your last video, if you tap a green gem once and hit process complete and do that 3 times, you can then fuse the completed ones in to RNG 5/5 or similar, I haven't started experimenting with this my self
