PikaPika-s6k: I love this game, the combat and raid, the top down action view, hot skin. But it has turned into a very toxic endeavor if you would like to be at latest endgame. It is just very expensive and inconvenient to enjoy the group mode at this point.

Furthermore, SG and AGS are not acting in good faith. The same core issues have been existing since T3 get exacerbating in T4 and the solution they came up with is outdated solo content , bound gems

oosik411: Once I was unable to keep up with my friends for recent raids I’ve pulled back to solo mode.

Solo mode a lot more chill and the guardian gold to help with honing costs. Hope the solo release increases.

HeiLong24: yeah your breakdown of paradise is similar to why Im very... nonplussed over the future of this game. I hate chaos. guardians are kinda the only fun reason for me to boot up the game. I only raid log 16 static raids, solo 2 echidnas now. it's such a shame because I keep coming back for the combat.

removezoul: Wish the game had similar progression like in wow, new raid comes out > you grind for like a month or two > raid log and chill until next raid tier.

In loa you are always on the 100% grind. And when you do reach the carrot they juat raise the ceiling to outer space aka t4. It's comical.

I am to the point where I actually dont enjoy the grind anymore. Its just the same loop over and over never stops.

I transitioned to Crystal of Atlan where the pvp is really fun and the loop is kinda the same but the game loads instantly and i can play completely at my own pace.

But yeah I feel the same as you about this game in 2025. Not sure I'll even make it to Kazeros at this point

VinsLeMans: For me mainly it’s the 18 raids a week that is causing me to slowly move away from the game. I’m a person who travels for different reasons and to some extent dailies don’t bother me as much and when raiding if it was like 3-6 a week it’d be fine but this 18 recurrent weekly has worn me out after more than 2 years. Since I have 10k by now

redstoppem1821: Lost Ark: A great single player game held back by it's matchmaking with the remaining player base and it's infinite systems layered on top of each other like a nonsense sandwich.

mandatorycorpaccount: honestly, the only problem i have with the game is that there's nothing to do on your main. It's comical really - the more time you spend gearing up your main the less time you et to play it, because raids die so much faster. I'd be willing to put with most of the stuff if they add two simple things: being able to restart raids from any gate and unlimited raid entries. A neat extra bonus would be some difficulty sliders for the raid, at least for boss damage and boss hp, so you could make older raids more relevant for current gear if you wanted to.

I am also planning to log in for Paradise, but the only thing I am interested in is the ranked game mode. Though I have not been keeping up too well with the news and from what I see now it looks like it's not gonna be what I am expecting it to be.

vanillasandpaperyt2175: A lot of lost ark feels like it's an additional job, a job that doesn't respect your time. They do make strides into trying to make this job less tedious, which the intention is good. However, fundamentally, it's a job that's paying minimum wage. You don't feel or see the progress, despite the daily grind being necessary. It's like getting pay check after pay check, but you're unable to buy something that makes you feel rewarded.

Their progression is just skewed and difficult to feel nice and fun. I do hope smile gate can figure out something for lost ark because I do love the game too, but the fundamental issues are difficult to change

juniisenpai3777: Its Korean MMO, its always be like this. There's no single Korean MMORPG that is actually good when it comes to gearing up, they only provide a beautiful looking and somewhat passable systems well like very few of them.

If youre going to play a MMORPG by a Korean, expect a good 1st 2months and it will slowly dwindle, they are going to have some rare ups but thats it. It is what it is.

countyingula: Yea, it's pretty annoying when people say someone's lazy, or doesn't grind is why they're behind. When in reality alot of people love grind, and wanna grind more, but u can't cause on top of the rewards being really low compared to the cost of progression Everything is time gated and there's not much u can actually do.

I played for a bit again, got a 25 weapon on my main, 4 1680’s, and I felt motivated. Then enter LOAON, and it’s all gone. That was the wakeup call I needed. They seemed like they for once actually had some big plans in changing the game for the better. But of course, to no one’s surprise, it’s just more of the same. So I quit again. Maybe for good.

I've been following your channel for a while, but for like the past year only thing you do is tweak the same script from time to time, as you put it the game sounds more like an ex you miss but can't move on from , at this point "yeah man we get it".

and that is coming from someone who logs in 2 days a week to raid and get out of the game.
