Cr3øow: Did you ever played aion the first one ? this is full rng and p2w and it'll be the same for aion 2. The system of manastones, gear stats, min/max stats are full rng, cost kinahs, arcana(cards) system full rng and buff your spells, some piece of gear can break, aion 2 doesn't respect you at all. a lot of ppl will enjoy the start of the game cause this is a beautiful game and combat is really fast and smooth but if you spend some time yor're about to discover the absolute rng, p2w, grindfest iceberg that Aion 2 turns into once you reach the endgame. i played 10 years on aion 1 and 8 months on aion 2 on taiwan servers

excoupe: Idk why I'm watching this Aion2 glazing, but I'll write down what I'm disagreeing with (yes, the ones I don't mention are the ones I agree with):

- How can you say Lost Ark heavily pushes the cash shop when you literally CANNOT trade if you don't pay?

- How can you NOT recommend Lost Ark? Your argument doesn't make any sense. Things are getting way better (despite the shrinking playerbase) for newbies and casuals. In both games, you need to spend an absurd amount of time and/or money to catch up. So why is Aion2 recommendable but not Lost Ark? (I know the answer to this but still I had to mention.)

- How is Lost Ark's p2w worse than Aion2's? You can go buy maxed-out gear in Aion2, whereas in Lost Ark, even if you buy the packs from the shop, you're still bound by RNG at the end of the day to progress.

Everything else I pretty much agree with, or have only small issues with, but I don't want to turn this into an essay.

The game hasn’t innovated in any meaningful way and continues to follow the same formula as always, only now with even more FOMO and repetitive content.

It’s a game that has been stuck in the past and, if things continue at this pace, it could end up being shut down soon due to a lack of players. The player base has been steadily declining, losing nearly 400 players per month

clementguitard6653: lost ark is way better than aion2 but since playerbase is so low in global version, people want to try aion2 just for the hype of release. but it will never replace lost ark. lost ark is peak gaming. 2021-2024 will be unforgettable
