Ryuk15100: Anet loves guardian so much, such a pain in the.......Its always one if not the strongest class and meanwhile warrior (paragon) is clunky af and gets nerfed every patch, and prob completely trash when they really get rid of staff 5 ..... LenLenox: I'm actually surprised you put troubadour so high although I agree. The benchmark is close to most other dps and the gameplay is similar to the other power mesmer builds but it's very satisfying to pull off a group distortion. I just wish the dps traits were more interesting!

Average1212: Ritualist in the right hands is very good. every once and a while you see one just dominating but most of the time they are still camping shroud and doing mid pack dps. The nerf hit the class really hard for the majority of ritualist players as pre patch you would see 1/3 of your meta groups as ritualist and now you are back to seeing mostly reapers in meta's and convergences. Raids and strikes have also seen a massive reduction in rits and very rarely are they top dps now.

nathan-baszynski1456: I think that, in a meta in which the boondps and healers are overpowered, we take a bit too much credit for the utility brought by a dps class instead of how easy can I get good numbers in real fight the benchmark itself (because some people can get big numbers even with a very hard class). It could be more like a bonus, but I understand your PoV if it's for groups where there are 3-4 beginners and more o7.

btw you forgot to say that vindi has a reason to exist, only 1 reason but it does exist xD : in HT CM, the fact yo ucan get a full dps class with heavy bursts and being able to cover all of the projectiles negation (with a tiny dps loss) is really great (but only on this stike haha)

Vishnuification: I tried Specter and was quite disappointed how low cleave potential it has. So while it's great for instanced content, it's not that great in open world.

But, on the other hand, it's the closest GW2 Ele has felt to playing my GW1 fire Ele and the quick spammy playstyle without having to break my fingers is certainly fun. I hope it stays viable. I don't need it to be the "hottest shit", but viable would be nice.

J0kuc: I don't think DH deserves a spot on S tier, it barely provides any boons or party support unless you drop soj and lose a big chunk of damage, you're crying whenever the target is jumping around and there's a lot of bosses where you can't stand inside the boss hitbox, you have less CC than soulbeast which doesn't lose as much dmg if doing all their cc compared to DH using up bane signet.

I also think Vindi in B is harsh, yes it lacks CC and baseline utility, but you still have access to dwarf and ventari, and the damage is generally higher than the benchmark implies because most good vindi players do the bugged dodge which gives you a significant chunk of extra damage (sc didn't want asterion to use it for the vindi benchmark), and your damage scales with larger hitbox sizes (it's 47k on huge hitbox), and it becomes really strong on encounters where you can make use of Relic of Isgarren.

AATproducer: I don't know about this list. It's a good list for you and top raiders but the reality looks different. I recently switched to Guardian because I really fell in love with Luminary but I was very shocked when I tried out every single DPS spec and couldn't reach 30k on a single one. It really was a hit to my courage and I defdinitly won't bring it to strikes unless I get better with it. But I have talked to a few people on reddit and discord and they seem to agree that Guardian is hard spec to play DPS as there are a lot of skill canceling, upkeddping modifiers etc which you need to keep an eye on. Meanwhile I have no trouble doing 36K on my vindicator or 34k whole laying back and not paying attation. I think you should consider how easy a build to play really is because if a number can not be reached by average people, the recommendadtions become useless.

dur2182: I think you're not helping yourself by populating 50% of the tier with irrelevant classes, just put all core into bottom tier and go from there
