skalpathal: I think Hammer/Dagger Mace Spellbreaker deserves a few points beyond just DPS and strong CC.

1. Extremely good survivability due to high health, Full Counter every 8 seconds, rolling self-healing and stability. When you know a fight you can often stay in place and block mechanics, gaining DPS from being hit where other classes might lose it from having to dodge or run.

2. Boon strip. That's not something you always need, but Spellbreaker has lots of it for free in the standard kit and rotation (with even more if you want it).

3. It's not completely without utility. Your standard elite skill blocks projectiles and strips boons and you can swap it for Battle Standard and get a 5-person revive without losing serious amounts of DPS. Swapping the Might sigil for something else eats into your damage, but it's not a complete disaster either.

Not saying it's enough to surpass any of the builds you put higher, but it has some real strengths.

The-Black-Death: I would say Vind should be in S crazy dps, but then again most people don't know how to play it and don't get to see how much dmg it tends to do when fully optimized.

Seanno7404: I know it's still buggy as hell as an espec goes but the Bladesworn changes on June 24th are really nice imo. I've been blasting a lot Bladesworn and berserker with the increased Quickness duration the last few weeks. way more fun

dukefx32: These tier lists should really be done based on some far more practical measurements. A lot of those A and S tiers can easily turn D tier due to mechanics and the right circumstances not being met leading to screwed up rotations, prof. mechanics with durations being wasted and all that.

tyburkulosis8799: I kinda agree that dps chrono should be in A tier, but I disagree with a lot of points you made. You are mostly looking at dps chrono from a power dps perspective, but you're skipping over the condi chrono build. Condi chrono takes the chaos traitline just like the condi boon build. With that you're providing: aegis, swiftness, resolution, might, fury, vigor, stab, and resist all while being a 43k dps.

shakeweller: Hi, little feedback: Harbinger has one utility thing that no one else in the game has. Give every single boon in the game without any ramp up. Just press Elite and boom fight starts. The condi build is also 95% range which means it can be played as a full range in fights like Decima without a huge downside

aJasqui: The fact untamed can bring whichever elite skill (mass res, entangle) they want and is flexible with utilities (spirits and group cleanse) and pet selection is also flexible, as well as some of its trait and pet unleash skills (low cooldown boonrip and proj block), I would argue they deserve a spot in crazy utility

TechNerdGamerDad: As always, thank you for what you do, but I have a quick question. Is this list based on raid build strike builds or open world builds because these numbers do not make any sense. I run a lot of your open world builds for example the mechanist and dragon hunter and there is no way I parse on the golem higher than 20 something so how are you getting almost double the dps? unless this tier list is based on builds not meant for open world, but more team comp. Do you have a spreadsheet where I can see these builds that way I can try them out thank you.

I cannot make up my mind which specs would profit most from it and also fun to play. I eliminated revenant, thief, engineer and guardian, so from the remaining classes which ones would you recommend to get in full exotic Cele for open world that are fun and provide some good utility? I am thinking Tempest and Berserker, or maybe Chrono? Reaper? Druid?

BansheePondue: Hi Syrma! What is the easiest build to play in instanced content like raids and strikes that is S or A ? I read on snow crows that the Mirage was super hard to learn so even though I main a Mesmer, I’m reluctant to try it. Also what class is best for tagging loads of mobs?
