wasdicay473: Ranking them by their utility, damage/burst and sustain would've made a more accurate list. Some builds just have less 'things to do' compared to an S tier build that has an answer to almost every situation.

GW2_Vys: Trailblazer Fearspam Core Necro would be in my Opinion even on A Tier. Its a freakin Raidboss lol. Tempest still my personal S Tier in Solo Roaming because you have everything on that Class and can Survive much longer than a Cata or Evoker thanks to the Aura and sustain through the Auras (especially Invigorating Torrents Trait). I do have my Cata and Evoker Builds but when im Solo Roaming, i always swap back to Tempest in rough fights. Some Times i even prefer Core Ele over Cata lol.

And ofc you know my Core Warrior Opinion LMAO (S Tier ofc he he he). But.... BUT i have to say... my Core Warrior gets nerfed again with the Staff Nerfs, so im not sure anymore if i can still stick to Core or not completely swap to Memesworn. But i will try GS again when it get buffed with idk, Celerity Sigill to get Quickness for Hundred Blades after a Bulls Charge.

Just_Joe: I used to hate WvW, then I fell in love with it. THEN, seeing it all in its "beauty" after many years I realised it is actually an unfairly unbalanced piece of a hot mess where certain specs need to be making insane amount of effort compared to others, and believing the "skill over class" became a myth very quickly afterwards, after having encountered situations where diamonds were obliterated by bronzes with certain builds. The major thing I hate about wvw is that certain builds can be extremely bunker yet deal insane amount of damage whereas some need to sacrifice either power for defense or vice-versa. Therefore, I decided to only spend my time there when in the need of another Gift of Battle.
