The good thing about Guild Wars 2 graphics is that we will be able to look at it next year, unlike New Worlds graphics.

Jmvars: I do agree that the core stuff needs at least some retexturing. The weapon skins do not look good compared to newer skins. I do not mean aesthetically, I mean the textures visibly look better.

jankoset7766: same button for space and dodge is bad, as it F-s you up, albeit rarely. Great example is Twisted Castle in Raid wing 3, where a dodge-jump kills you with falldamage, while regular dodge doesnt... :-P

DeityVengy: Great takes from you tbh. I feel like most mmo players are in a bubble and dont realize that this guy's opinion is just what majority of people outside of the mmo space think of mmos. GW2 is a top tier mmo, but it's still a top tier mmo in a dead genre unfortunately, and the stuff he pointed out is something most mmos have in common (bad combat, bad early game, and bad graphics). The genre will continue to be dead to outsiders until a mainstream mmo comes out that does all 3 of those things well

RobbinnDaHood: No controller support is perfectly fine with this game. Actually controller sucks ass for this game. I have tried so many different configurations on my steam deck just to see if I could do some casual shit on my couch while watching baseball or something. But man it just is not natural at all. GW1 is a much better game for controller support. A lot less buttons needing to be mapped. Oh but I guess the graphics won’t be good enough for his standards
