graven2002: 4:50 "Sell Everything" This is the biggest piece of advice. The GW2 economy is stable enough that you can always buy it back later at a similar price.

Hoarding without a very specific plan just leads to a full inventory and an empty wallet.

UnsignedRobin: There is another way: Make use of the different kinds of bags that exist in the game and actually understand what they do. If you are thoughtful about what type of bag you need, the inventory will manage itself so that it won't get messy in the first place. (when was the last time you opened the 'sell' tab at a vendor and only see the things you actually want to sell)

saoiray: Just went to test and they need some major improvements. Two examples below:

1. It said some things had multiple partial stacks, but then it didn't say which characters or anything. Means you then have to hunt it down.

2. Tool said to vendor Teleport to Friend, trash Black Lion Statuette, vendor Total Makeover Kit, vendor Revive Orb, trash Royal Terrace Pass and Home Portal Stone, etc.

What crazy world are we in that you would trash convenience items like Royal Terrace Pass? One can argue about Home Portal Stone but I don't have homestead yet, that's useful as heck.

And even crazier, I just went to the "Smart Sell Breakdown" and it's telling me to vendor all my relics and weapons.

Oh, and it's claiming I can sell 2x leather bag for 2504 gold on the trading post.

xecor1: i need a bot that can do all the recommendations in game on a button press. Aint no way im doing all that by hand. Until then i got to vendore and delete everything that cant go in material storage
