deeps6979: Dunno what reason you're hating on Deadeye Rifle. It's already clunky to use because of the projectile speed mucking with stealth and auto attacks knocking you out of it before you can use a malice attack.

Telling you right now, the Sniper Scope trait is going to go underused because people looking to crit-cap will do it through gear, not forcing stealth.

If harb doesn't give quickness, necro as a healer is dead in wvw.

Edit: an idea would be doubling the amout of quickness from "Elixier of Anguish" in wvw only.
