mangoman93: EoD is a great expansion for the music alone. It's one of my favorite soundtracks in gaming period. The Janthir soundtrack comes very close, followed by HoT and the base game.

Nexiebean: I'm so happy you put EoD so high. Because I too felt like it was so good. Was the story perfect? No. But it was still very good in my eyes. What it did well was adding "Strong Emotional feelings" to me. The music made me feel it, the zones made me awe at it. The dialogue of characters of Soo Won and Aurene with other characters made me sad and happy. And I agree the meta of the last zone is truly epic that none beats. When i mention this to other gw2 friends they all tell me how bad EoD is. So i'm happy to see someone else see what I see. ^^

SirMalorak: You know what's crazy? The very basic GW2 core game maps are still LEAGUES better than like...Almost all other MMOs when it comes to open world content.

At its worst it's an ubisoft open world game with MMO combat. And that's dope. :D

I mostly agree with your tiers I would personally just change the S tier like this: LW4, EoD, HoT.

LW4 was a highligh of GW2 story for me nothing has topped it yet.

captainarkro4376: Agreed that Season 4 went absolutely crazy. Also, love all the soundtracks for each expansion. Heart of Thorns and Janthir Wilds are big stand outs to me ost wise. Mordremoth theme goes crazy.

Aranimda: Just the expansions: I really like player housing. So no surprise:

1. Janthir Wilds (Because of Housing, first map was legendary as well. Finally some great casual content and exploring without being booted out of the map because some other players completed a meta.)

2. Path of Fire (Great maps, mounts, story)

3. Secrets of the Obscure (Great, but should be larger)

4. End of Dragons (Some good maps, but did not like New Kaineng and Echovald. Finally back to Cantha. I would have preferred old style Cantha without the jade tech)

5. Heart of Thorns (Many features, great soundtrack, masteries, Tempest elite spec, but I did not like the locations and I died all the time before it was nerfed)
