yashizuko: The luminary is a bad design i think, there are logic inconsistencies starting from the icon colors ( yellow in guardian colors? since when? ), shield icon .... and no "shieldy" and barriers ( sanctuary like ) things?? the spec is lacking in identity and gameplay, the lantern does nothing!! the shroud is not a shroud!!, i expected atleast an additional healthbar ( then they can tune it how much additional health it has to not make it OP )

IT ALL RUNS ON CD, no special things no interactions!!!

it's like a firebrand with just one tome, the utility skills are the most boring skills i have seen in a elite spec, they are basically glorified shouts, nothing interesting, no other new mechanics like:

-lantern could have been a constant spirit weapon getting brighter with the power gathers it by fighting, and virtues could have made it do things

-"warhorn" style guardian, summoning ascalon ghosts to have an army with you that will integrate well with spirit weapons

-revenant resource like system where the lanter has "spirit fuel" and you can draw power from it and use it how you like

-area control guardian ( hammer #5 staff #5, sanctuary ) on steroids, i would LOVE that as a niche gameplay

It's so easy to come up with better alternatives, i think Karl Mclain ( the one that designed the dragonhunter ) would have done a 10 times better job, clearly this spec has been developed by someone that does not care about guardian gameplay ( not numbers, but style and fun ) and just tried to fill another niche...... yeah..... about that..... tanky power guardian.... WHAT A NICHE IT IS!!!
