Just to give you some perspective, some are so big that those lieutenants are basically the size of their claw. Maybe even a toe...

Nebarus: Especially on this fight, it pays of to stack with the others players. AoE healing is provided and so are fast resses :) It also pays to ensure good selfhealing here, since you receive constant environmental damage.

saigoshiro: Congrats on your first world boss! It's generally recommended that you use the Piece of Rare Unidentified Gear because there's a chance to get exotic level items. After that, you should use a Master's Salvage Kit or Silver-Fed Salvage-o-Matic (gem store item) to salvage it for Globs of Ectoplasm. You'll need a lot of them for higher level items.
