Dekakura23: This is not from dev but from player. Black lion company is ingame tradiny post company(lorewise too) and if someone will send you gift you recieve it from BLack lion company. But yeah, this community is the best :)

Sir_Scuttles: Not to burst your bubble but you should know those black lion mails are from other players purchasing items off the gemstore as a gift to you, not from the devs. The messaging it quite confusing, a lot of new players think it's a gift from the devs.

nhimsim: I hate to be the one to burst your happy bubble - the mail that says it's from the GW2 team - It's what it always says if someone gifts you an item from the Gem Store - In other words, it could be from anybody. I just feel that it's wrong to leave you in the blind on this one - sorry.

I believe that official mails from ArenaNet has their red logo on them - I could be wrong on this since I've only seen a few of those over the years

With all this not so great stuff out of the way - It's an absolute joy to see you have fun with the game - Your enthusiasm is fantastic!

If you have more than 10 mails, you only see 10, and as you make space for more the ones that are pending come through which is why you had more coming through as you deleted some.

Dang, a second salvage-o-matic. I'm not ruling out that a dev sent you the first one, but of note is that gemstore delivery mails that are anonymous gifts also say the same thing. So even if it wasn't from the GW2 team, at the very least a player got your that from the gemstore and another one also did. The delivery messages auto-delete once the item is accepted. So a bit of possible disappointment, but still something awesome :)

Hopefully we won't overwhelm you both with too much stuff and information all at once!!

SoloMona18: For the sake of clarity, I just tested, and all gifts purchased in the gem store are labeled as Official from the Guild Wars 2 Team, and anonymous unless the user sends there name, so it's likely that gift at the beginning was a viewer who spend gems to have that account bound item sent to you instead of themselves.

That said, I think the devs have given expansions to one or two streamers, something the community doesn't tend to do and requires the creation of a redeemable code, so if you ever get something like that just... applied to your account, that those are our beloved gods smiling upon you. But I'm not a streamer and only heard on one occasion that they did that ("Apparently" Outside of their own Partner Program)

Madd_Jack: Pro tip with the Mail system;

- You can have UNLIMITED game-sent mail. Like quests (green star), or ArenaNet mail (red castle looking thing) pretty much anything sent from the games system.

- BUT! You are LIMITED to 10 player-sent mail. Even if you opened and accepted the contents of the mail, it counts as your very limited player-sent mailbox space. So when you're done with mail, replied to it, accepted items, etc... I recommend deleting it from your mailbox to make room for future mail.

FunniesRS: god damn man this would be a godsend for me right now haha, i've got roughly 25 spare space, my bank has 3 empty slots, its full my spare celestial gear and gifts for map completions that i can't make into the upgraded components yet because... im poor XD i guess i'll have to run the lws1 for the 20 slot bags it gives

elocfreidon: Only use one invisible bag to put your most valuable items in. The others should be normal bags at least. You can't direct deposit materials or auto sell junk items in invisible bags.
