I've just started on a Legendary path, Twilight specifically - wow, this is going to be a long treck. Add to this, I'm doing all the living world content, then I've got 3 expansions to complete... There's years of content here for me! Most of all, I like the world - the graphics - the music - the atmosphere - the class complexity - the story - the mount system.... Add to this, player housing, events, PVP/World PVP / Raids / Fractals. I mean, this sh!ts on Wow, totally. The best MMO out now.

Nic0420: For me there isnt another MMO out there that got so much fun endgame. I´m 7k hours in now since I´m 12yo because I wasnt allowed to pay for a monthly wow game. Well I´m glad that the lady in the store said try Guild Wars 2 you will be happy. She was damn right, its hard to find such a lovely fun community anywhere else

richard_solti: No one speaks about the threshold to get into instanced pve. You can't just bring the profession you want to play for fun to instance PVE because you need to first spend hours training the proper rotation, not to mention even more time gearing up unless you already have legendary. Still, the instanced pve scene is not casual friendly. I can't jump in and "just" run a raid or daily fractals. If I want to do any of those at a higher level (which I have done before), I need to plan my whole week around it.

Finished Path of Fire. Feels like every time I've logged in, the maps I need to play are all empty and I have no idea where the cool events everyone must be doing are.

I remember doing lots of Dragon Stand and maps like that back, the one with the Egyptian stuff and the giant zerg through that fortress.

How should I get back into the game? I have an 80 for all classes, mained a staff/lb druid.

And there is NOTHING generous or risky about its model. It has a predatory cash shop while selling expansions.
