Sadly, it looks like if you collect the item, you cannot interact with the other objects after the fact. I hope its a bug

Yusu3: I'm trying to get this achievement but all of the additional items to interact with in Divinity's reach are either not there or I cannot interact with them, is anyone else having this problem?
