zhamirdiaz3196: The new map is good, the story is meh, the amount of content us meh, the new meta ends to soon, the story ended to soon. I thought the 6 month release window was supposed to add more content. But 1 week later im completely done with the new map, masteries and all feels bad!

For me the puzzles drained me completely in regards to the story. Slow carry blocks, slow carry devices, use all the pipes, and so forth its busy work and padding.

Beriorn: The map itself is arguably the best we've seen in a post-release patch in the entire one year expansion cycle, and maybe even top 3 material for all the post-EoD maps.

I've also given rift hunts a try on the new map: they seem to be limited to the forest in the south (at least the T1 ones), and they're a mix of the kill all and guard the rift variants. The second ones are doable in small groups (no repeats of the infamous Choya-only rift in Starlit Weald), and there's a bunch of new enemies here: mundane wildlife, dinosaurs, animated weapons and those energy dudes you see now and then. You also get hearts from the reward chests, which might be useful to boost your daily completions for the achievements.

samuraichicken2315: I think the new expansion was very good but it didn't have the years of build up and pay off that Living World 4 and EoD had.

I don't think any new expansion will ever match those two again. At least not without a 4–5-year build up.

I wouldn't call Vloxx a villain, more an antagonist and rival. What I like is that a lot of people who supported the Commander would also likely support Vloxx. In the context of all the reality changing things the Commander has done such as the dragons or killing a god, Vloxx doesn't seem so reckless afterall.

Armadan78: The material grind for the new leggos would be excusable if it wasn't just research notes and ludicrous karma.

For instance I've been playing since launch off and on, I have 5 other Leggos and I only have 1 million karma after all that. 7 million is just silly.

I knew, or rather, I expected, that Vloxx would simply run off again and the other Asura would take over the Inquest.

Boring filler "episode/act". I don't know, this story seems like it was written by a toddler…

The map looks good, but the meta-event is boring.

Not every legendary has to be accessible to everyone... That’s the boring thing about this game: anyone can get everything, and usually without much effort, as long as they enjoy playing through the content.

As soon as something costs a bit more or is restricted, people immediately start complaining. There is no prestige in this game.

All in all, the only thing that’s interesting at the moment is that it seems to be leading up to a new addon or a new living story called Mistbound, which will likely lead to GW3 in 2027/2028.
