It's been a while since i played reaper and i remember using shroud 2 skill off cooldown for damage; but you never used. Has it been nerfed or is it just personal preference to use or not use it?

imthe_GOAT: I saw a video couple months ago, it said that healing power can actually affect life steal... So I'm just wondering, could you test out the numbers with like heretic or zealot stats? I'm just curious if it works that way or if it really gives that much of a difference
