It's WoW ... at It's core It's the same ... questing is straight out of the 1990's, combat is tab target, in 2026 you genuinely have mobile games with comparable or better graphics. If you've played WoW any time in the last 5 years, you know what to expect.

whodiszz: ngl this is THE expansion that is finally starting to measure up to Legion. Like the vibe and stakes of Legion. That first raid cinematic and the changes to Silvermoon after it and the music, just peak. And another raid coming next week with the proper finale to the first patch, insane first tier, and this xpac is just starting, simply impressive how good and fun it is.

1dcn14: Midnight has been really refreshing for me. Im not a fan so much of the haranir. Other than that i love this expansion so much. The only thing missing for me is playable AMANI

ovariantrolley2327: Wow needs an expanson thats just a Lore walkthrough. Imagine the chrome dragonflight picks up level 1s as they are going thru the first same old quests and shows you wow history, taking you to see the universe created and the Titans and old Gods, quests where you get to quest on other worlds seeing other world souls and fighting with titans against old gods on various planets before delving into a dungeon with other players to witness sargeras turning bad.

Then level 10 - 20 has you on the draeneis original world seeing their interactions with Sargeras.

20-25 you play a part in the orcs on draenor (but good this time).

25-30 you play on the megacontinent when kalimdor and WK were one continent and get to see the race the taurens came from and the trolls wars etc

30-40 you go through thralls escape from slavery and journies to bevome a king

40-50 would be the oldest alliance and horde wars

50-60 the final wars and battle for hyjal

60 onwards would be a quick jaunt thru all the expansions condensed form just a few levels each taking you until level 100.

The endgame would give players a choice of which characters from the lore they are interested in and new events in the Lore (Illidan takes over Outland, Fighting Sargeras as he has allied with the old gods to invade, Proudmoor becomes Lich King and tries to take over Kul Tiras)

Then all players would know the lore and the game would actually make sense. Then we could get expansions where we know whats going on.
