They messed up the EU Burning Crusade collectors edition, with either CD keys or actual game boxes not being flagged differently and you had to mail in bits of the collectors edition like a WoW TCG advert card and the barcode of the box to France for the Netherwhelp pet.

Gave everyone a Lurky as compensation

OGNord: in 2024 they remade the OG collectors edition and gave it to their employees, you can find unsealed real Vanill CE for less thank 1k now. its a lot but the market has been flooded with them
