patricke0n: So recommended 274 ilvl heroic open world and rewards are heroic ilvl that can be upgraded to 276 at max, almost blizzard, almost. But in the end, the gear for this patch is just nothing worth hunting for. A new toon is better off just running prey or delves and using bonus rolls for heroic items.
