The Rise of the Defiler in Classic WoW

Irissi90: This is one of the questlines that show why vanilla was better than any expansion that followed. Only some initial quests are local. When You need the demon's name, You need to find an expert on demons, so You go search for him on another continent - he isn't conveniently living nearby. And when You need a weapon, You need to look for a hermit blacksmith, because he's the best one. You don't just go to the local one. Starting with TBC we got zone contained quests, which, while convenient, killed the connection between zones. In vanilla there was World. Now we have a collection of zones.

lorewalkercho7291: I love how in classic thrall's priority seems to be killing demons and routing their cults. Really wish we had orc demon hunters in retail. And it's such an interesting "archetype" in my opinion: orcs who use their superior strength for good, standing up to monsters and demons. They were really on a path to redemption. I miss Thrall's horde.

tableslam: Razelikh joins Balnazzar, Lord Banehollow, Diathorus the Seeker, Gorgannon, and Solenor the Slayer as the 6 named dreadlords that can be found in Vanilla

Edit: if you count Varimathras then that's 7 total

Ledouxnels: My favorite questline in classic outside T0.5 and Scepter of the Shifting Sands! Your content is top tier as usual, you deserve everything!

ethlin9860: This guy was given some sort of Deathgrip kind of ability so post-Cata before they chained mobs to the zones they spawn in, people would kite this guy to Elwynn and Stormwind and he would start AoE death gripping people through walls, was quite funny.

solaurelian7638: wake up sweetie, new Jediwarlock video

lucidspore7755: My prayers have been answered!!!

KelvinSuddith: I feel like this is the beginning of the original Outlands quest arc they planned before scrapping it for the expansion. It would be interesting to see a classic plus with a more chaotic outlands with a constant clashing of all the different factions, instead of the more conquered version we got

ljm40x: Thank you mate, the way you search for these stories in game and deliver them is awesome.

It's similar to how I play, trying to untangle the longest chains and get a feel of a zone and what's happening in it

Thanks, this is of real value

Ps. I am getting back to finish this chain

Kaiyanwang82: Boy, I never completed this one and now I am mad. Amazing video as always.

nicholaswoollhead6830: Man Jedi I appreciate your so much. My anxiety has been flaring up for the past week and Ive been feeling really shitty, and a video like this is just the sorta thing I need to calm me down and make me feel normal again. Cheers mate and merry Christmas

NoxWynn: Just to clarify: You slain a demon by forging a giant-poo weapon =)

Thus beginning the era of poo-quests

EyeOfKilrogg: Amazing Questline I've never even heard of. Thanks for taking us along the ride!

lasicakdandous2377: one of the best questlines i ever completed

recon13ful: Hey anyone else tracking the Pigpen code? I dont think I've got anything wrong yet but haven't figured out anything coherent. I think it starts in A Tale of Two Wizards in Classic WoW video

mattiashellstrom4682: Hey!

This is one of the !have to do" quest chains for me. I do it every time o level a new char. another of these is the Linken chain.

As always the content here is absolute top notch and as usualy im waiting impatiently for the next one!

Best wishes from Sweden!

Merry chritmas everyone!

Painey2: Greetings

emeraldlibrarian6112: Hey, wait a minute. I remember playing a variation of this questline back in the day, maybe two or three expansions after vanilla. It wasn't as complex as the original, it seems (or I might not have finished it), but it was still one of my favorites

jeff.in.philly: Been binging your videos lately. Honestly, they make me sad. The videos are great, but they make me think about all the players, past and present, who rush through this masterpiece, all in the name of speed, optimization, and min/max. Players don't know what they are missing and it's a huge disservice to the writers, devs, and creators behind classic WoW. Thanks for what you do. Love the videos, and even an old man like me has learned a lot I never knew. Even went so far as to compile my own vanilla server, set patch 1.6, and see Varian on Alcaz with my own eyes after watching one of your vids.

TuskaWoW: this is such a good quest chain

Ghergyjubles: That is an amazing questline

AllThingsNerdChannel: I am a simple man - Jedi posts I watch :)

marblecake1234: another banger

FrostBomb47: These videos make the pain of dying to DC in hardcore a little less painful

empyreae: EVIL
