RonnyTsunami: I've been out of the loop of Classic PvP for a while. Warrior / Druid used to be one of the strongest comps back in TBC and when Arena PvP was massive. What has changed so dramatically that the comp is weak now? Obviously I know that people are WAY better now than they were back when TBC was released.

noterarn: I like you, but morally, this is a problematic topic for you to voice opinions on. While in isolation you're exempt in the latter years from what I can tell, you are in the absolute minority of a scene where almost every single good ladder player cheats and ruins the ladder in some way, and because it's everybody else and you play with top players, you are very good friends with and often times play with a lot of these cheaters. While not the worst offenders, it's still people that ruin the ladder to some extent nonetheless. It's like you and a handful of top players max - depending on your definition - that don't cheat and participate in at least one of wintrading, piloting/ playing with the piloted characters for money, software cheating, or selfplay for money. Almost any name you can throw at me they're cheating in one of these ways and if anybody wants to challenge me on that in the replies I'm willing to give a serious answer. That's not only including everybody's favorite streamers, but also the streamers that condemn cheating. You obviously haven't put yourself in as tough of a position as a guy like pojke who has no morals at all and actively cheats himself yet still tries to be the arbitrator, but there are still issues.

Another major thing about the cheating is this: Yes, this Teddys guy is fucking annoying and a sniping rat. But you know what he doesn't do? Cheat. Almost all good ladder players do, consistently, day in and day out, including plenty of your friends and acquintances. But still for some bizarre reason everyone with a voice is having people pile on Teddys. Not saying you're the reason for this, but ultimately you wouldn't be sent these things if other streamers weren't doing it. But how come I haven't heard a streamer say Wallirik's or Blackfirez's or Avizura's name all fucking expansion when literally 100% of the games they play on the ladder are them cheating for money? You even make fun of the characters they've boosted, but not the people actually doing it. And yes, I know you aren't great friends with these people in particular, but that's also part of the point, because you don't even play with any of these players yet the culture in WoW arena at this point is such that you don't even call out the people you play with. You're all protecting eachother by not talking about it, indirectly, whether you want to admit it or not. Maybe I'm willing to believe that you specifically just don't pay enough attention to know how bad it has gotten because it doesn't really affect you, but then I think it's at least partially your responsibility to educate yourself by just taking 15 minutes to look at the ladder. Or I could even hop on your stream and show you if you really want a thorough walkthrough of how rotten the ladder truly is. But I think you probably know more than you let on, that shaman you showed is practically the norm in 5s if you queue on any given evening.

And I'll just end with this: Your friends aren't the worst offenders. If what they are doing was the most egregious thing happening on the ladder, it wouldn't be that bad. But it's not, and they're still part of the problem that ruins the game mode for everybody including themselves because at this rate arena is completely dead before you know it. People always say "you're taking it too seriously", but what the fuck is even the point of the ladder or the rewards if half of them are cheated? To Blizzard I say get rid of the cheaters or get rid of the game mode, because this isn't working. To the players I say, start actually fucking shaming the cheaters rather than protecting them.
