We have a veteran friend who can't speak because her throat and vocal cords were damaged in combat.

Its hard for me because I only have one screen so I tab out a lot to talk to her or have to have someone in discord relay what she's said in discord chat.

I'm looking forward to it!

So it may be for people who can't speak but only type in chat, having it right on your computer screen can help.

Of course this is only if they aren't in the guild or in the same party.

TheSakuraWolf: Possible use case for the discord integration: somebody in the guild chat is looking for a healer (or any other role) for their M key. You are not online in the game atm so you can't see it. But once the message comes through, you see it and hop on.

I do think that would be useful.

goblinounours: I think the thing with Lairs is that, if it works like Delves, we won't be getting a loading screen to get in, and they'll be designed with no trash or entrance path to follow : straight to the point.

And yeah, World Bosses are/were nice and all, but DUDE the lag spikes they would cause on the server in which the people would gather was REALLY noticeable, and the loot became worthless REALLY fast. There was almost never a world boss like in olden times where you'd just fly there and the flight was already ongoing on YOUR server, you always have to join a group, but sometimes it's a group that already just killed the boss so you're joining a group that's emptying...

I'm honestly fine with Lairs if the downside is that it's no longer "technically" a World Boss, but actually solves all the core issues we had with World Bosses in the last 10 expansions.
