Currently doing all the quests / achievements that I need for decor, but more important leveling up all professions so I'll be able to take furnitures order from any one in EU.

Ackz89: Player housing came along in like 1998 with the first big MMORPG - Ultima Online. It was amazing, people had castles, to small taverns.

R00m1o6C: Right now, people are excited about the upcoming Housing feature. But once it’s implemented, many will realize how hard it is to make time for it on top of their regular WoW routine—dailies, raiding, and FOMO events. There are only so many hours in a day.

longarms6749: Also, as I understand it, the item count is shared between the two faction houses. If you want 4 chairs on a specific type in both your houses, you'll need to own 8. But the item budget itself is independent.
