So many players think "stupid is funny" in appearance and names, I hope there aren't any/many exterior decoration choices for fear what my neighbors will put on their lawn. zepzour7391: Neighborhoods seem like a cool idea, Idk about adding systems and content to housing though.

The problem with garrisons wasn’t just that it was a solo instance, it was that so much of the game’s content was in that solo instance, so that’s where your character always was.

In other games housing is just your own place that you can decorate and have friends visit, but all of the actual game content is out in the world, so you aren’t spending all of your time at home. It’s just your own private space to retreat to on occasion.

They could have just done that rather than bothering with public neighborhoods or adding systems.
