"yeah weapons rating 1700 and you start at 1500 so go nuts people!"

But people's hidden MMR seems to start at 1000. Which still makes 1700 near impossible to get for most players. You have to play games to get your hidden MMR up. But to get your own hidden MMR up, someone else's hidden MMR must go down (by losing to you). So the "available" MMR points to get to 1700 are WAY TOO LOW coming from 1000.

LucaS-zz2vq: I have a bunch of people in my guild who are new to the game, and were deeply excited for Arena after playing most of classic. They immediately stopped after every single one of them went 7-3 in their first games (to varying degrees) and lost anywhere from 80-50 rating. They quite literally all said "whats the point" and all stopped.

rogerstrikewell: I quit TBC this go around.. Got 70, made tons of gold, did dungeon with my guild but they wanted to RUSH non stop and I'm really not feeling having no life and doing the massive grind and rush all over again. Shame we dont have a TBC era server.

Orthane: Some items like DST need to be purchasable with badges. My guild hasn't seen a single one yet and for an item that important it's just annoying and tedious with such a sped up time table. Even if it was 200 Badges, that would be fair imo.

Lambofgod2316: Certain items should have a higher drop percentage like in SoD. I run a guild and we have 2 25 man raids and 5 karas, and we have only seen 1 DST since raid week launched.... Pretty discouraging if you ask me, throw DST on the badge vendor for 150 badges. Would keep heroics going long term, which I find pretty fun overall.

Grizzdom: I really like that badge vendor option each phase. I've done 4 raids and got 0 items past 2 weeks.

herrpdurrp: 10:00 surprisingly I think tier tokens are a problem with the short timeline. I'm playing rogue in a raid with a ton of paladins and shamans. I have to beat out 8 other people on SR, and we've now had 3 weeks in a row with no token for our classes.

jeskiaking4852: They need to make an incentive for people (tanks) to run heroics. Something like the reward system in MOP for chances at rare items/crafting materials.

Keymaster2022: Had a strong week in arena. 8wins 2 loses, but still ended up losing rating since most of my wins gave zero points. I’m sitting at 1515.

MrJJuK: I started playing WoW again a week ago. Im probably not going to get to raid kara before it moves onto phase 2. Currently lvl 36 hunter 28 pally. Just playing it again for nostalgia. Haven't played wow since classic dropped on 2019.

Johnny_B_Good2112: Im glad im Tailoring/Enchanting and dont have to worry much about farming ore and herbs. The accelerated phases is a bit bothersome with the same amount of raid loot though.
