A poor american can still afford a functioning pc that can play wow over 60-70 fps on lowest settings. In rural china the computers they have access to if they even have access are absolute garbage that were made when wow came out and can barely break 12 fps and their internet is equally as slow. The bots could be bots sure but they could also be rural citizens who are experiencing the joy of a new world thats better than their reality for the first time, just like you did in 2004
