darkxwizzard: my issue with the Wizard Hat is that like so many other Hats it makes your Character look bald. Blizzard needs to step up their game and figure out a way to preserve your Characters haircut to ateast some extent. If my Character has long hair it doesn't just simply disappear because of a hat.

bloodelfreku: Sleeping on the black gloves for the citizen set. There is a surprising lack of good black full gloves that are low profile in certain armor types.

ytubestolemyhandle: The dieselpunk hands are neat. I have them from the last time they were available, and actually using them on my timewalker monk (the whole gear kinda stylized as Vi from LoL but in brass/steel/black/white). I mean, the kicking attacks aside, it makes the punches cool xD

Desanna: As with every month, there are some good ones in there (especially anything whimsical) that I would gladly spend tender on and play around with for a while, but when I think of the gold cost to wear them and the gold cost to change into something else, I decide to pass on them; the cost is enough of a deterrent that I really only go for the stuff I know I'm going to want to stick with for a long time. Those vegetable weapons from last month sure look fun in my appearance collection, but they're jokey items, and I know I'm not going to want to use them for very long, so the price to switch to and away from them is just high enough that I haven't used them at all (except on Legion Remix). Having multiple slots in Midnight won't help, because I'm still going to have to apply these kinds of things to one of my limited slots, and then reclaim that slot with something more serious and long-term before long, and at double the current gold costs, too; I'm still going to be frozen out of many appearances from the trading post, delves, raids, achievements, etc.--including ones I've already earned--that I'd otherwise be able to have fun with.

Like, when I get a new mount, I try it out. I play with it for a while. When I want to switch back to one of my old favorites, and then switch back to the new one, I can do so at a whim, without penalty. Same goes for pets. Same goes for titles. It's like that for every other kind of cosmetic the game has, so why can't we do the same for appearances? The gold costs just stifle the fun of the system.

Before you say "gold sink," if blizzard wants one, they can think of a way to do it that doesn't sour the game's rewards. I don't know why anyone would assume the professionals at blizzard couldn't possibly come up with any viable alternative solutions that everyone would be happy with--I'm positive they could, if the player base would stop fighting for a flawed system and just ask them to.
