Kanif69: I don't believe this is fully correct, negative and positive xp boosts didn't exist at the same time. The original idea was the less xp the more you played because Blizzard wanted people to take breaks and do something else. However there was alot of negative feedback. Then that's when they changed it to if you stopped playing you got rested xp to help give a boost.
