luminanza309: We’re a heroic guild for busy people with jobs and kids etc, but I think the atmosphere we have is top tier. My raiders either just say what killed them or what went wrong, or they ask and we figure it out together. It’s so chill. Some of the deaths we’ve had has also been the cause of the most laughter and memories down the line.

redtemple8918: Ynow I’m all about nice and chilled vibes as a raid leader, never wanted to shout at anyone I’m a guy not a teacher or father, but this season specifically every single boss we have killed is post crash out at the raid that everyone’s greeding and not doing mechanics, so I think there is a balance there

Slorp17: All my early raid experiences were in guilds where you just said what happened and move on. Ive now seen..the other side, so to speak, and it is wild because like half the raid are afraid to speak up or ask if they aren’t sure when they make a mistake.

Whenever they mess up but it’s borderline theyre inclined to super defend it and bring up what other people are doing and all this stuff. For me it’s still like, oh dang I did X, go again. If someone wants to yell at me about it whatever, I’ll probably play worse for 20 minutes but oh well

TheFantasticMrFish: I raided a few times with someone who would repeat after every wipe, with ever increasing ire, "You should all know the tactics, so there's no excuses for wiping".

He could not see that it wasn't helpful or that maybe discussing how we could improve, or even where we went wrong might help us progress.

A lot of people just aren't suited to it
