As a roleplayer on an RP realm and an avid tmog collector, I can honestly say that the rewards are so lameo. There's no point in bothering for a handful of recoloured bad shoulder mogs, pointless banner toys, and a recolour of a mount that no one liked, even in Legion. What a joke
