TheAkashachi: I think it only feels like a lot because we still have season 1 events to go on. Assuming this comes in like 2-3 months we will probably be bored already of our usual content and mostly geared waiting for the next full patch so this is gonna be a decent way to keep people in the meantime

kromulent77: I was wondering when those Abyss fishermen in ZA were going to be used. It also feels like there's a lot more task and currency bloat coming, yeah. But at least it's got a lot of different angles to come at it. Ritual Sites seems more building on Delves tech rather than Torghast.

Lazymansgames: All I really wanted was to start progressing through delves. I've only done a few, but of those only one has really added anything new. The others seemed like the same as those from TWW with a new coat of paint. Seeing all these new events and stuff I begin to see where all their development hours went. I hope they save a little bit of their creativity for some new delve stuff.

It's different in two ways:

One, the increase in item level is a manual upgrade to be put on items and trinkets and works on heroic gear as well as mythic gear, including crafted gear.

Two, instead of having tokens to get items directly we now pay with various currency of our choice to get bonus guaranteed item rolls on the bosses of our choice in raid or entire dungeon in m . And if you keep doing that week after week on the same boss/dungeon the previous items you got are out of the list so you are guaranteed to get every item from a specific loot table if you really need it.

I think it's a really cool way to target farm and combat RNG without it feeling as cheap and direct as directly buying an item to a vendor which honestly feels more fun.

NoradNoxtus: Recent Blizzard kinda gets it now, it's gotten too sweaty, too hollow and they need to shift gears and make the game more accessable and also alot more solo friendly.

Also, I've found I kinda miss the old Legion era WoW design of doing stuff that ACTUALLY gives you power, right now you don't really gotta do a whole lot to be done for the week which feels bad when you want to play.
