On one hand, they ARE needed to protect worker rights against greedy corporations but on the other, their leadership often operates as a mob in the US. You guys should look at European models where union membership is FREE and operate on government funding (which the gov has to give, otherwise it'll be a sh*tshow) and they are operated by mostly volunteers. They actually do what they are supposed to do and guess what, strikes are relatively rare in most European countries and only happen when the workers ARE exploited and screwed with.

Make them non-profit, make membership free and guess what, things will be chill! Unions in the US are pretty much the same kind of scams HOA-s became. It's racketeering, unions siphon money away from workers, extort/threaten employers and they don't do a whole lot really to help people individually but they do big strikes as a show that they are doing SOMETHING. There's a reason back in the day many unions were operated by actual gangsters.

I'd say the problem is less with the unions and more with the level of corruption in the US. Remember, you guys often call things "lobbying" when it's "bribery" obviously.

Don't take it out on the VA-s but the corrupt unions and the exploitive corporations which do not like to give to pay a living wage.

WOPR_PC: I feel the same way. If the game is live and a player finds a exploit because the Dev's or testing team did a poor job at testing the game. I feel they should reward the player that found the problem and then train there testing team on how to improve there testing methods. This just isn't a BS or Blizzard problem or issue because most of the gaming corps do this throw out buggy code and then turn around and punish the "paying customer" with a ban because they found a hole in the Dev's broken code. It's lazy testing on the developer side for pushing out code that's not working correctly.

purplebladder: I really like plaything through class mission on this game but I got to a point where everywhere I go it takes for ever to travel, the low level speeders, not even close to unlocking the boots… everything seems so fucking unattainable I wish I could mod the shit out of it and play offline
