Not to mention, and this is applied to ALL the new specs, apparently, not just Annihilation, them removing Tacticals that could be used at lower levels just to sell them back, so to speak, as "new" abilities locked to later levels is just awful. The leveling curve was already bad enough without taking away access to things we already had during it, and it doesn't look like they're planning to change that at all (not a surprise, but still awful).
