Shopping CartGamVie_Collector: I last played SWTOR in November 2024. I haven't seen anything here that would motivate me to start playing the game again and pay for a subscription. There's still a lot to be added story-wise.
rareshippingbird4356: Just add replayable origin missions, its that simple
Satelliteyears0o: Would love if they updated the spell graphics and combat animations.
vyktorzhuravlev8304: A new MMO engine is needed, not the single -player one. It will open an access to almost all closed locations, since with the new engine there will be no need to limit the number of people by design of levels-layers, and of course it will open the access to massive PvP. This is the most important thing. They canen not improve the game if the technical side doth not allow it.
CiroFormicola-lw5dm: They need put more chapters with Revan and the Old Characters of Kotor 1 and 2.Kotor without Revan is nothing.
jlultiverse: Wish we could turn off dynamic encounters or the voices
briandeckard6566: did they fix pvp?...no? then screw SWTOR
joeslayter5841: I do not hate Dynamic encounters. But, i dont go out of my way to finish them.
I call them "Things that you get yelled at about whilst wandering a planet."
As for the stronghold,
I have a feeling that, similar to the goofy train, we are going to have to grind our comps off to earn it.
hanesate: Dantooine stronghold idea and the quick preview shot looks promising. Hopefully they learned their lessons from the horrible hook placement and dimensions of the Copero stronghold design.
bigjohncasey2641: I wish they would add Dathomir as a planet. My Night sister toons would love to go home.
MrDonKanonji: And how much the stronghold gonna cost? 999 mill cred? Is the bloody economy got fixed? You are too optimistic , new lore? Yeah sure...
SkylerStarkweather: Bro this title gave me false hope, the "new maps", creatures and bosses all look similar to older ones, they are basically copy pasting stuff. Nothing really new or remarkable happening, aside from Dynamic encounters, which is also not something original.
MacMc691: Got a chance to watch this yesterday when Jackie dropped it, good stuff. I doubt it'll shut down those 'the game is in maintenance mode' players, but it's still good to have new content.
Invasions are in nearly every major MMO on the market, from WoW, 14, ESO, GW2 and the now nearly defunct Rift, where it was hugely popular at release, they're still fun and it brings life to the world. For some of us vets that have been playing since beta, always good to have new content. The new SH does little for me personally, but I'm glad people that enjoy that area of the game will now have access to a new one.
jasongalley604: boring. only thing that will excite me is the continuation of the main story. enough of this garbage.
Sashman1234: Wow... I hope they take more such liberties with planets and lore. Can't wait to see the new stronghold and the decoration! I am very surprised!
BBDragon66: I've been out for years and only the occasional week or 2 here and there. I hated the new gearing process when it came out. Maybe I'll log in and check things out. Never been the same since my main guild evaporated. There are a few in one guild I was in that still has some of the old SWTOR players, so I might get back with them. I've been playing Black Desert for the years since I left SWTOR and am getting tired of it as I have just been soloing everything and miss having light sabers available, even though I mained Bounty Hunters Merc & PT.
DanielWalker-q1t: As someone who is 68% of the way through decorating an Imperial guild-flagship, I welcome the new decorations: I really do! New decorations are always welcome. However, while the current Galactic Seasons' items are clearly Kassan's-Landing-inspired decorations (the highly detailed security desks and monitoring posts, for example) and have been a great help, in this regard, in contrast I really don't need any more plant-pots, trees, or, agricultural implements at this point.
RealVonnCedric: Is it coming to console
katpoohtoo: I haven't played SWTOR in years. Have they improved their character creation?
starwarsbunker: There just aren’t enough new players. The monthly users is 18k. ESO is like 120k just to put things in perspective. They are appeasing old players but haven’t really done anything to make the game more approachable for new players. It’s been the same problem for years.
terranceroff8113: Shades of the Valley Forge.. and the 3 "droids" Huey, Duwie, and Louie.
pdhywrd: I will be happy if we don't have to group up in formal groups, just do them as the current DEs work plus WB style ie individual players plus companions but all fighting together for the final boss. Really hope this isn't like the 'gladiator' style fights on Zakuul. Really happy for another stronghold. I have a lot of decs to use and I miss decorating.
ChristianMills-d8f: Makes me wonder if this expansion of "flora and fauna" totally ruins the Dantooine Biome, which leads to it becoming (mostly) uninhabitable... Just thinking of why Leia may have said, "They're on Dantooine..." when asked where the rebel base was. Wouldn't she have picked a planet that she knew would not lead to the destruction of millions of people? Just hypothesizing here...
phillipchappell6013: So Bonny I just looked unless they are planning the SH for next year GS. I think it either most of the rest or tied into D. Encounter on Dantoonie. the current GS doesnt end for another 121 days.
khanmandalor7227: Kasyykk needs a stronghold and missions!
NarianaZone: Seed vaults cool! I like strongholds and decorating them. The Chiss stronghold sucks, having to unlock Wings by doing missions if my memory serves me correctly.
phillipchappell6013: I am hoping the lake or pond is part of the stronghold. The encounter look fun..
