Difference? This is Malgus at his peak. His form is far, FAR weaker than Vaders thanks to Darth Banes reinvention of the Forms while Vader not only mastered every form, but created his own specifically to diversify against different opponents and their weaknesses.

Malgus' suit has very little in the way of limitations and ges got alot of emotional control, he uses what he needs as he needs it.

Vaders suit limits him and puts him in a constant stance of pain, feeding his power. His power is directly in correlation to his pain and rage and thus as a fight goes on and on, he gets more and more potent.

Malgus loses this 100/100 times.

Vader is a beast on another level to Malgus, especially given their roles in their time.

Malgus lead a successful attack on the Jedi temple by raiding a half garrisoned temple with a craft of Sith and they massacred the temple.

Vader raided the temple with troopers through the front door and wasted out everyone from masters to younglings himself.

Again, Malgus is a beast, but against Vader? Not even close.
