andrewburleson4179: Basic abilities don't consume the sonic buff so you can do gsonic > gconc > omni and it will benefit from both effects.

SylvanEvergreen: 4:22 Incite Fear comes from the City of Senntisten quest. Desert Treasure gives you the Ancient Magicks, but you don't get the better spells until you complete City of Senntisten.

Something I found useful that I learned is that using Runic Charge into Greater Sonic Wave reduces the adrenaline cost of your next ability not just your next ability. You don't to use an adrenaline-costing ability immediately after Greater Sonic Wave, as the buff lasts for 9 seconds and only gets consumed when you use an ability that has an adrenaline cost. So you can Runic Charge > Greater Sonic Wave > Greater Concentrated Blast > Omnipower for the extra crit chance on Omnipower. Good to do that combo after using Wild Magic with the Blast Diffusion Boots, too, as that'll buff your Sonic Wave and Concentrated Blast damage.

Best advice is just know when you can runic concentrate blast for a crit hit or save adrenaline and runic sonic blast to pump out a Omni and keep adrenaline around 50% for defensives, and keep your DoTs on target as much as possible and boom.. can take almost any boss in the game even on mobil where how it was before I couldn't even touch some bosses on mobil let alone hold a candle... Love the new combat 100%
