Nullref_Arcana: If you got the transmute relic, you can buy a full inv of logs at Bill on Fort Forintry and quickly bank it with an empty preset, then repeat to have all the logs you will need for construction. Just transmute them to the tier you need and you're set, no chopping necessary.

Saintlel: For crafting you can just do Gate of Elidnis, it's also the best way to do Div and gives decent Cons/Mining

Also if you have Desert unlocked, use Grouping system to go liberation of mazcab, and buy you super potions and good food there!
