blankspace178: The data miners already proved that Jagex cut the drop rate for wrapping paper in half compared to last year, that's why the UK lawsuit was filed this week, because when they inevitably release the double wrapping paper purchasable buff, they'll immediately be in violation of the UKs previous court ruling against them. Jagex just can't stop breaking the law.
