Shopping Cartfreeplayer9346: In rs3 you get something called "daily challenges" - simple skilling tasks to complete a few actions in exchange for a small amount of xp that scales with your skill level.
Whenever you get "combat" daily challenges, you can complete them using magic and, since they reward a lamp instead of direct experience, use the reward lamp to gain attack experience (probably ~ 5-10 lamps needed for 25 attack).
There's also a chance at a "clean 6 grimy herbs" daily challenge which could maybe allow you to passively work towards that herblore goal.
You can right click "remove" axes and pickaxes higher than bronze from the tool belt at any time to wield and use as weapons if needed.
10redturtles-41: Hi, glad to see this is series is continuing. a little tip for combat: basic attack will only auto cast if its the only thing available on your bar that you're able to cast. if you want to consistently have access to ultimate abilities, you should try removing all other adrenaline costing abilites from your revolution(autocast) bar
MaelZack: You can train melle get defence to 25, black kiteshield u can use it as special weapon eoc ability to hit defencively, might need higher defence though…
MoreGeneration: You should get the Focused Siphoning upgrade as soon as possible, its the biggest upgrade inside Runespan both exp and points.
init_yeah: Cant wait for rs3 plugins so i do this
toadonwheels: AFKing in Runespan is honestly one of the chillest and most ambient passive training activities in runescape
Sir_Arch1ve: A chunk so nice you locked it twice.
hecks_king: what im wondering is if you're allowed to use teleports to get to underground locations and still be part of your current chunk? so for example if you teleport to and leave the blood altar youre somewhere underground in morytania would that make that area also part of the tasks? I think this rabbit hole goes so much deeper than we realize. And yes i know you cant tele to the blood altar that was just an example bc idk what other altars are underground..
Bro i'm not even lying this is a great time for you to be doing this series with rs3 leagues going on you got a bunch of players wanting to watch something and i feel its helping skyrocket views, but here in a few months rs3 gets their runelite and i think mapping chunk goals and progression will be tremendously more easier then. You came at the perfect time to suffer a little before they make it easier. lol
Ladaria1: I am excited to see what a chunk account looks like in RS3
Ghost_memory2k14: u could probably shield bash with your black shield to achieve melee damage
SuperGameFan77: Wow, got this video in the first minute of upload. GL with RS3 Chunkman!
Kittys-Killcount: So stoked you kept this going! Was so hyped after the first vid
calapout: The one thing that you seems to have missed from runespan is that siphoning the creatures also gives you pure essence after is disappear but the nodes don't give you any. So in general what you want to do is get some rune when you get in, siphon the creatures to make some runes, but mostly build a stack of essence and then siphon the nodes to get as much xp as possible.
snowytoo4409: Welcome to RS3 chunking and good luck! Wizards' Tower is defintily one of the starting chunks of all time!
Feel free to join the rest of the community in the "Chunksters" clan. You can guest into it freely and just ask for an invite (there's no waitlist like on OSRS). If you have any questions about our version of the game or gamemode, we're always happy to help out, either in clan or in the discord :)
There's only one fundamental thruth about RS3 chunking: tings only ever get worse, never better.
Remember this when you roll north into Draynor and get hit by a 106 Thieving grind :D
swaderable: Not sure if it works but try getting 25 defense for the black kite. It's treated as a melee off-hand so it might give you a slight accuracy bonus. Otherwise you might be able to take a bronze item off your toolbelt to equip as a weapon? Not sure if either of those works but worth a shot
pitterpatter-r2b: You can indeed add high-level hatchets to your tool belt and they'll scale down to your highest level useable hatchet. You can't do the same for pickaxes though, which is a strange double standard.
You can fletch a Wood Box if you haven't already to save inventory space when Woodcutting, but I understand not doing so for Fletching and Firemaking training because you can't empty any Wood Box into your inventory again after filling it. You can only empty one into a bank or deposit box.
majormonochrome8529: Under the right set of circumstances, fire can cast a shadow.
init_yeah: You can train melee on the imps that randomly spawn! Thats some settled level shit
themoagoddess1820: 3:53 could be cool if revo worked that way (especially with how good baisc attacks are in the current league), but it doesn't touch the basic attack, you need to activate it manually when revo has other options (and it's done automatically when no other ability is queued or ready for revo)
to be fair, the basic attack is always available and revo always picks the first ability available, so it'd have to be a practically new mode to do that (maybe it could be called Rotation )
jasperkruizinga4060: So why is the playlist reverse order? i have seen that happen with other YouTubers but i never understood how that happens.
Other than that great stuff so far
Funbridg: once you unlock men the 106 master mage grind for thieving will get you so many runes and talismans
connor-3455: 26:00 unarmed melee combat doesnt exist in rs3
the chunk picker tells you to keep the bronze dagger you spawn in with upon map creation
Erothaur: I just learned during rs3 leagues 2 that the defensive ability bash apparently skips the accuracy check? Or at least is better at hitting things than normal. So you could maybe try that to get melee exp.
Woshibairen: I believe the pickup mechanic works o if you can actually path to it or not and also line of sight.
ramunasstulga8264: "Impossible... not since Bandos." - TzKal-Zuk
jtviv3261: This series kinda brings me back to when Sick Nerd first tried RS3, it's always a treat watching people figure out the in's and out's of this game for the first time. Especially cool seeing a chunk locked account. Definitely keep it up, I'll be watching :)
CreedEverson: was so happy to see a second video!
