Beriorn: If you're new to RS3 in general and don't know if you want to subscribe just yet, make sure to do all the F2P quests first. After you're done with that you will have been doing enough grinding to know whether you want to continue with RuneScape or not. Then, start off with a few months first and take a shot at one of the bigger grinds before you go with a full year's subscription.

kollinpoindexter8859: I think in general... its probably worth holding off on necro until you like base 70's stats. Rushing necro will cause you to go into alot of different grinds before you get into the meat and potatoes of questing. This can make the early rewards seem a bit lack luster. Magic is a pretty great first style to like 85is. It unlocks tons of utility spells, quest, and bosses to make the game easier. But its probably worth switching off to necro once your gathering skills and artesian skills are higher.

A great goal for a first account is a quest cape. It doesn't take too much total xp, but has tons of content associated with getting it. After the quest cape, focus necro and bossing, use the resources to get your skills maxed, then go for comp cape.

eliters5550: Temple of Sennisten does require a sh** ton of quests, same as before. Check the sub-requirements for those quests on the journal

SCH292: I think the most IMPORTANT thing for NEW players and Returning players in RS3..teach them the basic of RS3 setting. It don't matter how much guides or tips you teach these players if they don't know how to navigate the setting of RS3 they will just..don't play. We all know RS3 setting is NOT USER FRIENDLY and Jagex will keep making it harder. Look at me bro. No life dude and time to time I still have a hard time navigating RS3 setting and often have to play around with the setting to keep myself updated.

Bro. RS3 setting is like..you click on this.."tab pops up", click on that.."tab pop up" and tabs among tabs.
